Q: Guitar keys don't work sometimes.
A: As shown in the picture, remove the guitar stem, and wipe the probe contact plate on the stem with an eraser or a cloth with alcohol. And lightly press the metal probe of the piano body with a tool.
Q: The signal is unstable when the guitar is connected to the PC. The signal delay so much.
1) The wireless connection distance of the guitar within 5 meters will have a better performance.
2) The battery voltage is insufficient. When the battery voltage is lower than the preset value, the guitar LED will flash and a broken chain will appear, reminding to replace the battery.
3) The computer freezes, which will cause signal delay.
4) When using the guitar, if there is an obstacle between the guitar and the receiver, the interference of the nearby magnetic field will affect the connection of the guitar and may cause disconnection.

Q: Computer can recognize the wheel but can't control the steering wheel in game?

A: 1 ) Go to the PC's USB game controller interface to make a functional test to check whether the wheel, foot pedal and shifter work. If all work properly, then there is no problem in the product.

2 ) There are 2 input modes, Direct input(light blue color) and X input(emerald green color) mode. Only two modes in PC platform, easy to find out. You need to switch between these 2 modes to find which is suitable for your game, the correct mode is needed even in the functional test. For example: In Direct input mode, the wheel, shifter and all buttons/devices can be found and tested, but in X input mode you only see wheel and buttons test, shifter test is not available.

3 )You need to check the controller setting in your game. Generally, there will be keyboardequiped with computer, you have to choose the steering wheel as your game controller, notothers.
